SZ-4 extruded cylindrical pellets deliver stable hydrogen sulfide removal for gas streams with low to medium H₂S concentrations.

The cylindrical media features a steady 40 wt% breakthrough sulfur capacity, consistently lowering outlet H₂S to below 1 ppm to meet global pipeline specifications and international emission standards.

The extruded cylindrical pellets own outstanding mechanical strength to avoid pulverization during long-cycle tower operation. Its moderate bulk density cuts overall operating costs, and it works efficiently at ambient temperature without auxiliary heating for small and medium fixed-bed desulfurization towers.

Q1: What kind of gas is your columnar γ‑iron oxyhydroxide suitable for?

A1: It is exclusively designed for hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) removal only. It perfectly treats oilfield associated gas, shale natural gas, landfill biogas and coalbed methane, and does not affect other original gas components.


Q2: What sulfur capacity grades do you supply?

A2: We provide 25%、30%、35%、40% and 45%breakthrough sulfur capacity grades to match different inlet H₂S levels and project budgets.


Q3: Does your desulfurizer require heating during operation?

A3: No auxiliary heating system is required. It works stably under high humidity and fully water-saturated gas conditions, both aerobic and anaerobic.


Q4: Will the adsorbent turn into powder or block the tower?

A4: With crush strength ≥50 N/cm, its rigid columnar structure avoids pulverization, bed compaction and gas channeling during long-term continuous operation.


Q5: Can you customize the size for our existing towers?
